Your stainless steel cooking utensils are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Defective products will be repaired or replaced if necessary without charge. This guarantee is valid for 50 years or a lifetime.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations to the product or damage caused during shipment. If a knob or handle breaks, return the item(s) to Belkraft/Kitchen Craft. It helps us to identify the proper fittings needed. Belkraft/Kitchen Craft will exchange it without inquiry as to cause, and at no charge, except for the postage and shipping charges ($28.00 Minimum, or actual postal charges, if higher).

Lost the handle or knob? Long handles can be purchased for $17.00 each, short handles and knob assemblies at $14.00 each.

Are you aware of our “Half Price Replacement” policy? We will replace your 25+ year old set or parts thereof at 1/2 price. If you like your present set, you will love our improvements. Consult us at 1.866.568.5712.

If your set is 25 years old you can replace the set, or pieces thereof, by new cookware at 50% of the current price.
Our unique 1/2 price guarantee is also available for customers who have their cookware stolen or destroyed in a house fire. Proof of the loss is required.
